in what is supposed to be the World Championships.....both the men's and women's teams have showed their lack of planning and respect for these games.

The US relay coaches should be banned from all future team selections:  how could Solomon run on the outside of his lane in the semi's coming into the last exchange......any HS coach and athlete knows better!!!  The he did it again in the final.  In the women's 1600m relay, great move by the USA #3 runner, cutting to the inside (the Russian set her up well!!!) before the exchange, then stopping and going back to her correct lane for the handoff.

Not sure anyone would have held off Bolt......but the women threw a gold away.

In baseball, 2 of 4 is great......not in international athletics.....our history here continues to haunt us.
